Patient Ambassador Programs

PALS - Patient Ambassador Leadership Seminars
PALS Purpose: PALS are held quarterly and are designed to provide Patient Ambassadors with advanced training to improve your effectiveness in your leadership role.

PALS Benefits:
» Learn valuable leadership skills that will help you grow as a Patient Ambassador and as a person! A different topic will be discussed on each quarterly call.
» First time attendees will receive a Patient Ambassador Leadership Toolkit and a Patient Ambassador T-shirt after completion of their first seminar. The toolkit will provide you with phone scripts, letter templates, educational handouts and additional tools to help you become a more effective Ambassador. Returning attendees will receive regular updates to their toolkits.
» After completing each quarterly seminar, you will receive a certificate of completion.
» After completing four seminars (one year of training), you will receive DPC Patient Ambassador business cards.
